Returns Policy

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return items under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or special-order items.

• Clearance or sale items.

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at info@poolspa.co.za to initiate a return.

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Returns must be shipped to the address provided, at the customer’s cost (unless faulty).

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection of returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

• If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Delivery Costs

• Customers are responsible for return courier costs, unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery.
